L’histoire suit un groupe d’étudiantes d’une sororité qui reçoivent des appels téléphoniques menaçants et sont finalement traquées et assassinées par un tueur pendant le temps des fêtes. \n\n\n\nCe film est une œuvre profondément troublante du sous-genre de l’horreur de Noël. Âmes sensibles s’abstenir : effrayant\, gore\, cruel\, mais extrêmement captivant. Souvent considéré comme l’un des premiers films de slasher\, il mêle mystère et menace avec une égale intensité. De plus\, on y retrouve John Saxon\, qui incarnait le père policier de Nancy dans Les Griffes de la nuit ! \n\n\n\nLe film de genre\, et l’horreur en particulier\, est essentiel à l’histoire des vidéoclubs et des supports physiques. The calls are coming from the house! »  \n\n\n\n\nA sorority’s holiday turns to horror when a killer hides inside their house. \n\n\n\nBlack Christmas is a 1974 Canadian slasher film by Canadian director Bob Clark\, inspired by the urban legend « the babysitter and the man upstairs » and a series of murders that took place in the Westmount neighbourhood of Montreal. The story follows a group of sorority sisters who receive threatening phone calls and are eventually stalked and murdered by a killer during the Christmas season. \n\n\n\nThe film is a deeply disturbing entry in the Christmas horror sub-genre. This is not an easy watch\, – scary\, gross\, mean\, but extremely compelling. Often considered one of the first slasher films – there is mystery and menace in equal measure.
